After 20 years helping customers make the right decisions in sales face to face, my role morphed into graphics, marketing, and content management. Over the last 7 years, I’ve helped customers make the right decisions behind the scenes through copywriting, social media and design.

Branding, Design & Copy – a couple of examples
Elephant is a B to G company selling survey systems and hardware to NHS groups. Their branding and content desperately needed an overhaul. Most importantly, the copy and tone used on sites and offline literature needed to be clear and reflecting NHS future objectives. Within 6 months they had been approached by a 3rd party vendor to produce and distribute systems to the NHS, a project worth £2.5m.
Usfor is an established print firm. Dave, the owner wanted to increase web sales and attract new audiences. The old site was tired and corporate. It ran on an atypical bespoke web-to-print CMS. I built the new site using the existing framework with user-friendliness in mind. Bright colours, a relaxed tone, and clearer pricing helped drive online sales over the coming months, and the site provided an easy reference point for customer enquiries.
